Sausage Rigatoni

Sausage Rigatoni
1/2 lb ground Italian sausage
8 oz rigatoni, or other tube pasta, cooked
4 c tomato sauce
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
1/2 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb grated Parmesan cheese

Place pasta in a greased 9x13 pan.  In large skillet, brown sausage, drain.  Add tomato sauce and spices, simmer.  Pour half the sauce over the pasta.  Layer provolone, sour cream, and mozzarella.  Top with remaining sauce.  Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
