Oriental Salad
Salad Base:
1 lg. head green cabbage, shredded
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 bunch green onions, chipped
1 can mandarin oranges
On a cookie sheet, crush and brown at 350 for 10 minutes:
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 package oriental flavored ramen noodles
Dressing:
1 T. sugar
3 T. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
oriental ramen flavor packet
After browning the seeds, almonds and noodles stir them into the salad. Before serving toss the salad in the dressing.
